The Program is a 7-week journey designed that supports well-being, strengthens relationships, and helps you perform at your best.

Grounded in neuroscience and psychology, the program blends habit formation, science-informed tools, and practical strategies to build your mental fitness. You’ll learn to catch patterns of self-sabotage, increase resilience, and respond to challenges with greater clarity and ease.

Each week, you’ll engage with:

  • Bite-sized video content through the Positive Intelligence app

  • Daily prompts and practices to build new mental habits

  • A weekly coaching session to reflect, deepen learning, and stay on track

This program is designed to fit into the reality of of a busy life and costs £750.00

Learn to shift from self sabotage using the power of empathy, building greater inner strength and emotional resilience.

Activate your deeper intelligence by shifting perspective, meeting challenges with curiosity, and opening up new possibilities for action.
